GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1 - OBJECT / SOCIETE

These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded between, on the one hand, the company: sarl sugar with capital of 90,000€ Intra-Community Tva Number: FR33435229695 and Siret: 435 229 695 000 42 and on the other hand: people wishing to make a purchase on the website www.sugar-international.com.

2 - PRICE

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, excluding taxes (ht), excluding shipping, packaging, packaging of the package. prices take into account the tva applicable on the day of the order. any change in rates will be impacted on product prices. Similarly, if one or more environmental taxes were created, this change will be reflected on the product price. the products will be billed on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order registration, subject to availability on that date.

3 - ORDER

Sugar is committed to honouring orders within available stocks. in case of stock failure, the customer is informed before the validation, but it can still validate its order in order to book the product. the order, even if it contains products available, will be sent in one time, upon receipt of all the ordered references. the products remain the sugar property to the full payment of the order. When you click on the "validate" button after the order process, you declare to accept it as well as all of these general terms and conditions of sale fully and without reservation. the data recorded by sugar is evidence of all transactions passed by sugar and its customers. the data recorded by the payment system is proof of financial transactions.

Any order set and cancelled (for any reason) will be subject to a valid asset for 1 year. 

4 - RETURN OF GOODS

Sugar puts everything in place to bring you a quality service. we offer you a clear and simple approach. In accordance with the law in force, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the order to request reimbursement or exchange. the amount of the refund will be calculated on the value of the item at the time of purchase, the shipping and shipping costs remaining at your expense.

Refunds will be in the form of having (value 1 year) on the site.

Attention, we inform you that the following returns are not eligible for reimbursement:

- the returned product has no defects,

- you did not get your parcel back in time (see para. 7) and it returned to us.

5 - PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments by credit card and paypal. we accept the following cards: blue card, visa, eurocard and mastercard.

We also accept payments by bank transfer.

Additional costs of 40 euros apply if the transfer is issued outside the eee. *

Orders paid by bank transfer have a longer processing time. 

6 - DELIVERY

The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the order process. Your order is shipped in a discreet and solid packaging in which the products are protected. No external mark can identify the contents of the package. The prices of the deliveries are available on the site at the time of order. Your goods will be shipped to you by the carrier you have chosen at the time of order. 

Before accepting the delivery we thank you for checking the condition of the package and its contents in the presence of the delivery. no claim will be admissible after acceptance.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will find in your mailbox a notice of passage.

If the parcel returned to us as a result of an error or negligence on the part of the client (address error, no name on the mailbox, the fact that you did not go to pick up the parcel following a notice of passage of your factor, etc...), the latter will assume the shipping costs of the order. We would like to clarify that such fees should be paid prior to shipping. SUGAR may not be held liable for delays due to strike movements or other insignificant movements under the law on the transport of goods and goods. Delivery times do not take into account the processing times of your order. 

Delivery times in metropolitan franc are usually 72 hours minimum, and can go up to 90 days international.

7 - CARRIERS

Sugar makes several carriers available to its customers.

Dpd (except French islands and mountainous areas – about 24 to 48 hours, indicative deadlines)

Sugar cannot be held responsible for a possible delivery problem if you have not signed the proof of delivery.

Delivery conditions: In the event of a challenge during delivery, the reservation must be issued by the consignee at the time of delivery and in the presence of the driver. These reservations will be indicated on the paper delivery slip. Otherwise, the goods will be considered to be delivered in good condition. 

At the time of delivery, the recipient will have to communicate to the delivery service the code that was sent to him. if this code is incorrect, dpd france will not proceed to delivery of the package. If, however, the consignee had not received his delivery code, he may, as a derogatory, affix his signature to the driver's paper delivery slip.

Dpd point relay (except Corsican, French islands and mountainous areas – about 24 to 48 hours, indicative deadlines)

Sugar cannot be held responsible for a possible delivery problem if you have not signed the proof of delivery.

If you do not recover the package within 10 days of its arrival at the relay point, and that it has returned to us, you will have to pay the shipping costs again for a new shipping.

Sugar cannot be held responsible for a possible delivery problem if you have not signed the proof of delivery.

The post: parcelsimo or letter followed (about 48 to 96 hours, indicative deadlines)

- package not returned for signature (france): sugar cannot be held responsible. no claim may be accepted.

- package against signature (international): if you do not receive the package, you will have to make a claim with ar so that sugar asks the post to search. the response time is 40 days minimum. If the parcel is declared as "lost" by mail, a refund "out of transportation" may be requested by the customer. This refund will be in the form of having.

8 - ORDER PROCESSING FEE

Order processing times (depending on inventory) are usually 72 hours minimum (delivery in working days).

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday morning. 

Orders placed on a holiday (other than Friday, Saturday or Sunday) will be processed on the next business day.

We remind you that orders paid by bank transfer have a longer processing time.

9 - CLAIM

If you see at the opening of the package that a product is damaged, you must manifest within 48 hours and prove that the damage occurred during the transport and not once received.

Past 48 hours, no claim will be taken into account.

11 - COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE

The original invoices are sent to your parcel and by email to the address indicated during your registration.

Any request for duplicata must be sent in writing to the following email address: admin@sugar-international.com - and will be charged 8€00 ttc.

12 - NOMINAL INFORMATION

Sugar is committed not to disclose to third parties the information you provide us. These are confidential. they will only be used by its internal services for the processing of your order and only to strengthen and customize the communication and offer products reserved for sugar customers. this section shall not prevent the overall assignment of the corporation or the transfer of activities to a third party. 13 - ACCOUNTABILITY

The products proposed are in accordance with the existing French legislation and the standards applicable in france. photographs, texts, graphics, information and features reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. As a result, sugar liability cannot be incurred in the event of an error or omission in any of these photographs, texts or graphics information or characteristics of the products or in the event of modification of the characteristics of the products by the suppliers. Of course for any questions about products you can contact our customer service. sugar cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the following cases: stock failure or unavailability of the product, case of force majeure, disruption total or partial strike including transportation and/or communications services, flooding, fire, etc...

14 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, comments, books, illustrations and images reproduced on sites edited by sugar are reserved for copyright, intellectual property and the world. a that title and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only the use for private use is authorized subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. any other use shall be a counterfeit and shall be punished under intellectual property, except for the prior and written authorization of sugar. any total or partial reproduction of sites edited by sugar is strictly prohibited.

15 - APPLICABLE RIGHTS

Potential disputes: this contract is subject to French law. any dispute resolution may be made with our customer service or at 00 33 (0) 496 185 468 and in the absence of a friendly settlement, only the marseille court will be competent to deal with the dispute.

16 - CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

When on the order module you validate your purchase, you declare to accept its content and the general terms and conditions of sale sugar that are governed by French law, and may be modified at any time without notice.
