Before entering an After Sales procedure, we recommend: 

  • To check if the cable is not defective
  • To test the probe in the hand to check if the current passes 

IMPORTANT : in the case of rules or ovulation, it is possible that the hormone rate (oestrogen) is high and helps to decrease the sensation in the passage of the current.

Procedure to be followed in case of product return

Generally speaking, and for a question of traceability, it is important to return the probes or apparatus "defective" to their original pouch or pouch.

IMPORTANT: Products must have been purchased at SUGAR International less than 1 year ago

You must complete and return the following 2 sheets for each returned product:

1. "SAV probes and devices" (document to be inserted)

2. "SAV probes" or "SAV devices" according to the product concerned (documents to be inserted)

Upon receipt of your parcel, our quality service will check them:

If the VAS is validated by our service, an asset (value 1 year) will be issued

If the warranty is not applicable, shipping and return fees will remain at your expense

WARNING / In the event of failure to comply with the instructions below, we will not be able to process returns:

1/ the probe must be cleaned in advance

2/ the probe must be returned to its original pouch

3/ the patient's name must be on the bag 

4/ the appliances must be returned to their original pouch with all the accessories (2 cables + batteries + notice)

5/ attach the purchase invoice
