What is the TP2B+minima probe?

The TP2B+ minima vaginal buffer probe, or TP2B+, is a medical device with two circular electrodes designed to stimulate or record the perineal musculature.

Recommended for dynamic orthostatic control and feedback, whether in the sitting or standing position, this probe offers optimum precision and unrivalled stability during rehabilitation sessions.

Perineal rehabilitation is a set of techniques and exercises designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. 

The perineum is a group of muscles and tissues located between the pubis and the coccyx, supporting the pelvic organs such as the bladder, uterus (in women) and rectum.

How does it work?

The TP2B+ probe has 2 plugs in 2 different colors (red and nblack).

Each plug is connected to an electrode, but we recommend using the entire probe during rehabilitation.

This probe is adapted to different morphologies, providing a flexible solution for many cases.

Simply insert it into the vagina, the direction being unimportant as the electrodes are circular, going all the way around the probe.

The probes work with an electrostimulation device. These devices are used to help strengthen pelvic floor muscles using low-intensity electrical currents.

How to use the probe?

The TP2B+ is inserted into the vagina, then the cables are connected to the stimulator.

Once the therapist has determined the problem using manual testing, he or she will start a re-education session using the programs (preset or personalized) on the electrostimulation device.

Program times vary from 15 to 30 minutes.
